Seating: 1959, VIP seats: 170) Szuperbeton's Gertjan Lanphan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Gertjan Lanphan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andreas Frans. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thibaud Verhulst during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Volodymyr Zelenskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald De Messemaeckre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Gertjan Lanphan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Wils FC's Andreas Frans. Andreas Frans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wils FC's Andreas Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gertjan Lanphan in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gertjan Lanphan in the 17th minute of play forced Wils FC's goalkeeper Andreas Frans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Koppen got free with Volodymyr Zelenskiy in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gertjan Lanphan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Frans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Edwin Koppen could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Volodymyr Zelenskiy however easily saved by the left post. If Stephen Waron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Szuperbeton's Jeoffrey Vermeulen got a free kick in the 38th minute. Andreas Frans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gertjan Lanphan in the 40th minute of play. Andreas Frans came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Szuperbeton's Gertjan Lanphan. But to his dismay, Gertjan Lanphan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 43rd minute, Yoeri Laureijs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Volodymyr Zelenskiy was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lorenz Van Deijck. Volodymyr Zelenskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald De Messemaeckre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Harald De Messemaeckre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edwin Koppen was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald De Messemaeckre in the 55th minute of play forced Szuperbeton's goalkeeper Volodymyr Zelenskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Volodymyr Zelenskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Koppen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Edwin Koppen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volodymyr Zelenskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Koppen scored 1-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Volodymyr Zelenskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Koppen in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Gertjan Lanphan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andreas Frans saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 70th minute, Harald De Messemaeckre made a precise shot to the right of Volodymyr Zelenskiy. Szuperbeton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After 73 played minutes Wils FC got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Koppen. The supporters of Szuperbeton booed when Wils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald De Messemaeckre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Volodymyr Zelenskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald De Messemaeckre, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gertjan Lanphan in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Frans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Szuperbeton's zone, Edwin Koppen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Volodymyr Zelenskiy came out of the goal and Edwin Koppen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Frans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gertjan Lanphan in the 92nd minute of the match.
