A hard shot 5 in the game by Harald De Messemaeckre from a close distance when the talented 程城帆 managed to make a qualified save. RFC Liège's players were relieved. Nicodim Agusoaei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edwin Koppen made a great header on Wils FC's corner, it was just that RFC Liège's 程城帆 managed to reach the ball for a save. 程城帆 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etienne Van Achteren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Wils FC's Etienne Van Achteren in 16 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. 程城帆 guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 23rd minute Etienne Van Achteren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 程城帆 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RFC Liège's 程城帆 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Koppen in the 24th minute of play. Edwin Koppen took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 程城帆. 程城帆 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 26th minute Harald De Messemaeckre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 程城帆 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Koppen struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. 程城帆 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wils FC. Wils FC's Andreas Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cederic Bollaert in the 32nd minute of play. Edwin Koppen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but 程城帆 made a huge save. The supporters of Wils FC booed when RFC Liège was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludo Kint didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes, Wils FC's Edwin Koppen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 程城帆 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wils FC reached it. 40 minutes into the match, RFC Liège's goalkeeper 程城帆 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edwin Koppen. RFC Liège's 程城帆 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald De Messemaeckre in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 played minutes RFC Liège got a freekick which was hit by Aaron De Kelper. The crowd rose to their feet as Wils FC's Harald De Messemaeckre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 程城帆. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Edwin Koppen made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Harald De Messemaeckre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wils FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 程城帆 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald De Messemaeckre in the 56th minute of play. 程城帆 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald De Messemaeckre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Frans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cederic Bollaert in the 65th minute. 程城帆 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harald De Messemaeckre went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 程城帆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Koppen in the 70th minute of the match. Cederic Bollaert scored 4-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Frans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the game, Wils FC's Claus Van Dijck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 程城帆 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 84th minute, Bryan Grootaers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Koppen in the 86th minute of play forced RFC Liège's goalkeeper 程城帆 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 程城帆 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald De Messemaeckre in the 87th minute of play. If Quentin Baele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 程城帆 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald De Messemaeckre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wils FC were furious when Geoffrey Cappels was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Wils FC's Geoffrey Cappels got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute Quentin Baele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Wils FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while RFC Liège had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
