Spectators: 8538 (Terracing: 6405, Seating: 1963, VIP seats: 170) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eddy Laporte took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eddy Laporte's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Sebastian Theuniers skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 5th match minute, FC Beerput was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luukas Beullens to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Maksymilian Solecki came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eddy Laporte came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the KFC Vliegplein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddy Laporte couldn't finish the play. Teo De Jonge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordy Van der Veeken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Eddy Laporte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Theuniers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Laporte in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Theuniers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Theuniers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Laporte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddy Laporte took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Theuniers. Sebastian Theuniers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Miguel Clijsters fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Vliegplein's protests and gave Miguel Clijsters a yellow card for diving instead. With splendid footwork Eddy Laporte arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 35th minute. FC Beerput's Sebastian Theuniers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Laporte in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match KFC Vliegplein got a corner. FC Beerput's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Endel Darmer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Endel Darmer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Beerput's Sebastian Theuniers did a great save. A collision led to KFC Vliegplein getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Octaaf Bosmans hit a great ball. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pau Torres in the 44th minute of play. After 46th play minutes Pau Torres shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Teo De Jonge and just under the crossbar into goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pau Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. Reinaert Vischkens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinand Weijnants in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Theuniers saved FC Beerput from getting behind. Eddy Laporte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul-Louis Jannes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sebastian Theuniers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Theuniers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eddy Laporte went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 70th minute Paul-Louis Jannes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Theuniers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teo De Jonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pau Torres in the 71st minute of the match. After 74 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Eddy Laporte. Luukas Beullens took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Teo De Jonge. KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 78th minute, Eddy Laporte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KFC Vliegplein fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Sebastian Theuniers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddy Laporte's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Eddy Laporte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Beerput's Sebastian Theuniers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. KFC Vliegplein were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after FC Beerput's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Endel Darmer took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Eddy Laporte heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A collision led to KFC Vliegplein getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eddy Laporte hit a great ball. FC Beerput's Sebastian Theuniers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Weijnants in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute KFC Vliegplein were awarded a corner. Endel Darmer went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Endel Darmer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastian Theuniers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordy Van der Veeken in the 96th minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KFC Vliegplein had won after a very even match.
