Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thibaud Goorts got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Geetsvondel² booed when Stakendijk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thibaud Goorts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luke Boegaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benne Marichal, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 10th minute, Reinaert Vrijdag ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luke Boegaerts was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Stakendijk's Luke Boegaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Wouters in the 13th minute of play. The Geetsvondel² fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Geetsvondel²'s Matthy Reniers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 18th match minute, Geetsvondel² was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthy Reniers to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Stakendijk's zone, Henk Wouters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luke Boegaerts came out of the goal and Henk Wouters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stakendijk's goalkeeper Luke Boegaerts, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stakendijk's Luke Boegaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Wouters in the 28th minute of play. Benne Marichal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benne Marichal in the 33rd minute of play forced Stakendijk's goalkeeper Luke Boegaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Kent Coppens almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stakendijk's Luke Boegaerts did a great save. 36 minutes into the match, Geetsvondel²'s goalkeeper Herald Wouqier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tristan Gevaert. When Hannes Steenbecks came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Geetsvondel² fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hannes Steenbecks couldn't finish the play. Matthy Reniers's late challenge caught a Stakendijk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthy Reniers helped the player get up and apologised. Matthy Reniers hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Julius Sutens might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herald Wouqier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julius Sutens ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute, Sammy Beets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Wouters in the 46th minute of play forced Stakendijk's goalkeeper Luke Boegaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 53rd match minute, Stakendijk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrice Goemyne to maneuver through the defense. Luke Boegaerts was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henk Wouters showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 55 minute of play. If Julius Sutens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luke Boegaerts made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Henk Wouters sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Henk Wouters notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Stakendijk's Luke Boegaerts. Luke Boegaerts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Wouters in the 70th minute of play forced Stakendijk's goalkeeper Luke Boegaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Sammy Beets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hannes Steenbecks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Boegaerts having to interfere. Benne Marichal struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Luke Boegaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geetsvondel². After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Henk Wouters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geetsvondel²'s supporters rose to their feet, but Henk Wouters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luke Boegaerts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jurgen Godts kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Hannes Steenbecks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Henk Wouters came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Geetsvondel² fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henk Wouters couldn't finish the play. Stakendijk's Luke Boegaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Wouters in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Geetsvondel² could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stakendijk throughout the match.
