Geetsvondel²'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kent Coppens in the 5th minute. When Benne Marichal came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Geetsvondel² fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benne Marichal couldn't finish the play. Guillaume Schepens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benne Marichal in the 6th minute of play. Henk Wouters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes Geetsvondel² got a freekick which was hit by Matthy Reniers. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remy Van Eyken got free with Herald Wouqier in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Geetsvondel²'s goal looked a bit too open when Remy Van Eyken came free, but Herald Wouqier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Benne Marichal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillaume Schepens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillaume Schepens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benne Marichal, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Benne Marichal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rapid Mollem's Guillaume Schepens did a great save. After 24 minutes, Benne Marichal made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rapid Mollem's Guillaume Schepens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Geetsvondel² fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Geetsvondel²'s Henk Wouters looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remy Van Eyken in the 37th minute of play forced Geetsvondel²'s goalkeeper Herald Wouqier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillaume Schepens came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Geetsvondel²'s Henk Wouters. But to his dismay, Henk Wouters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Benne Marichal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Schepens having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Remy Van Eyken made the kick off in the second half. Remy Van Eyken kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Herald Wouqier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remy Van Eyken in the 60th minute of play. Matthy Reniers might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillaume Schepens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matthy Reniers ran back to his position shaking his head. Benne Marichal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rapid Mollem's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kent Coppens was slow to take the kick. During this time Geetsvondel²'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Geetsvondel²'s corner Kent Coppens fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Guillaume Schepens quite easily take care of the ball. Benne Marichal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Schepens having to interfere. Guillaume Schepens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benne Marichal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 75 minute of play. Rapid Mollem's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Benne Marichal scored to the left of an out of position Guillaume Schepens, making the score, 0-5. In the 83rd minute, Henk Wouters reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Guillaume Schepens. The goal made the score 0-6. Matthy Reniers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Geetsvondel² players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
