In the 30thth minute of the game Lennert Hombroeckx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rapid Mollem's Guillaume Schepens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sapitos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Reinard Vervaeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Schepens having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Lennert Hombroeckx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sapitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennert Hombroeckx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Lennert Hombroeckx took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Guillaume Schepens to make any attempt to save it. Sapitos's Lennert Hombroeckx was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 46th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

After some careless play in the Rapid Mollem defense, Reinard Vervaeck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillaume Schepens. The Rapid Mollem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillaume Schepens should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Sapitos's Eleuterio Urbez got control of the ball when Remy Van Eyken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remy Van Eyken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Urbez having to interfere. Guillaume Schepens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinard Vervaeck in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Reinard Vervaeck notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Rapid Mollem's Guillaume Schepens. After 84 played minutes Rapid Mollem got a freekick which was hit by Yelle Van den Brul. Remy Van Eyken hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the game, Kristen Goens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rapid Mollem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sapitos the free kick. Kristen Goens kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Ray Gillis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillaume Schepens having to make a save. Sapitos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
