After 6 minutes of play, Silver Squad AFC's Damazy Radzyminski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Waud De Geyter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Jeremey De Messemaecker had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Frans Van Caubergen charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frans Van Caubergen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Silver Squad AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Frans Van Caubergen hit a great ball. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oihan De Toro in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute Frans Van Caubergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Jan Hollanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oihan De Toro in the 28th minute of play. A hard shot 30 in the game by Benjamin Carberry from a close distance when the talented Willem-Jan Hollanders managed to make a qualified save. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's players were relieved. Benjamin Carberry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willem-Jan Hollanders read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Benjamin Carberry scored 2-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Willem-Jan Hollanders, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Vranken in the 42nd minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamin Carberry to make the kick off. Willem-Jan Hollanders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Van Caubergen in the 62nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Carberry in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willem-Jan Hollanders prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute Damazy Radzyminski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Jan Hollanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waud De Geyter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oihan De Toro in the 69th minute of play. With a little luck, Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter got control of the ball when Bryan Creemers tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Carberry came free, but Willem-Jan Hollanders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waud De Geyter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oihan De Toro in the 81st minute of play. Loid De Keuster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
