Frans Van Caubergens short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Francis Iven to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Frans Van Caubergen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Francis Iven 53 minutes into the match. Matty Vandenbosch scored 1-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waud De Geyter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Damazy Radzyminski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francis Iven was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4.
