During this time AFC Koolkerke's players had a chance to rest. 10 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joseph Smits. Christer Sunde made in the 15th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Urtsua Macías immediately put the ball in play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Smits got free with Jean-Louis Van Bever in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 21st minute of play forced AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joseph Smits. After a rather tough play, AFC Koolkerke's Urtsua Macías got a free kick in the 30th minute. KFC Cromvelde's Mathijs Rokeloos managed to work through AFC Koolkerke's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mathijs Rokeloos dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Joseph Smits could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Jean-Louis Van Bever made a huge save. Ulises Steven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Mathijs Rokeloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean-Louis Van Bever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semi Acartürk in the 40th minute of play. Herman Frans hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Smits got free with Jean-Louis Van Bever in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathijs Rokeloos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 51st minute of play forced AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulises Steven didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mathijs Rokeloos went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mathijs Rokeloos might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ulises Steven. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathijs Rokeloos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69thth minute of the game Mathijs Rokeloos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Dé 武松 came free, but Ulises Steven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 84th minute of play.
