After 7 minutes, Sait Remzi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hotshot XI Productions TM's Walter Meeus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Walter Meeus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabríel Vassaras in the 10th minute of play. Ferdinando Di Ianni struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Henri-Patrick De Mare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hotshot XI Productions TM. Walter Meeus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Cochrane in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Thomas Cochrane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Walter Meeus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute Gabríel Vassaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Meeus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Corneel Van Cleijnenbreughel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Stefan Ciemiega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Meeus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Meeus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sait Remzi in the 31st minute of play. Sait Remzi took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Meeus. Walter Meeus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Walter Meeus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Vieri's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Mavrudi Simov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Henri-Patrick De Mare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Hotshot XI Productions TM's goal looked a bit too open when Sait Remzi came free, but Walter Meeus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hotshot XI Productions TM's Dido Muhtarov got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 44 played minutes, Vc Brye's Comunardo Cianci shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Walter Meeus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vc Brye reached it. Walter Meeus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabríel Vassaras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Vc Brye were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabríel Vassaras got free with Walter Meeus in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Vieri's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Walter Meeus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gabríel Vassaras who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Walter Meeus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Walter Meeus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabríel Vassaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 严真鹰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vc Brye made a substitution. Edwin Browald replaced Dan Cutean. Vc Brye's Fox 鲁迅 was substituted for Cristian Vieri. Walter Meeus made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Gabríel Vassaras sent off a good shot on target. 严真鹰 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri-Patrick De Mare having to interfere. Sait Remzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Walter Meeus made a huge save. Walter Meeus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sait Remzi in the 79th minute. In the 83rd minute Bart-Jan Cornelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri-Patrick De Mare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Hotshot XI Productions TM's goal looked a bit too open when Gabríel Vassaras came free, but Walter Meeus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Vc Brye booed when Hotshot XI Productions TM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dido Muhtarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Walter Meeus managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Vc Brye's Gabríel Vassaras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stefan Ciemiega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th match minute, Vc Brye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Ciemiega to maneuver through the defense.
