Ludwig Kloots started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Hermelando Coello sped through Café DE PLOEG's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carel Van de Schrieck. 25 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Guillelme came free, but Carel Van de Schrieck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bóas Goethals hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Carel Van de Schrieck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Gendre went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the game, Herbert Sempels cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Kuido Undusk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Café DE PLOEG's zone, Gustaaf Gendre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carel Van de Schrieck came out of the goal and Gustaaf Gendre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Café DE PLOEG's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zbigniew Narbut was slow to take the kick. During this time Les Presidents FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Gendre in the 41st minute of play forced Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Carel Van de Schrieck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Hampus Rebec dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kuido Undusk, 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hermelando Coello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Les Presidents FC's attentive Gregory Thielemans managed to snatch the ball when Herbert Sempels made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Carel Van de Schrieck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Gendre in the 56th minute of play. Augustin Hendrickx kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Hampus Rebec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuido Undusk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hampus Rebec in the 61st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Les Presidents FC's Carel Van de Schrieck threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gustaaf Gendre, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Herbert Sempels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaaf Gendre in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carel Van de Schrieck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Gendre in the 83rd minute of play forced Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Carel Van de Schrieck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kuido Undusk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Kloots, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carel Van de Schrieck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermelando Coello, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute Gustaaf Gendre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carel Van de Schrieck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Café DE PLOEG got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Van der Veken. In the 96th minute of the match, Hermelando Coello got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carel Van de Schrieck was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
