The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Raúl van Beek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Méndez Marfa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Neymar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fox Hunting Squad's Méndez Marfa. Méndez Marfa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Neymar in the 7th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Méndez Marfa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl van Beek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrinho Neymar took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Méndez Marfa. Méndez Marfa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Fox Hunting Squad defense, Pedrinho Neymar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Méndez Marfa. The Fox Hunting Squad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Méndez Marfa should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute Pedrinho Neymar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Méndez Marfa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dries De Raeijmaeker got free with George Wynant in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of M.⑪.M. booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Méndez Marfa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Neymar, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Fox Hunting Squad's Méndez Marfa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Neymar in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, M.⑪.M.'s goalkeeper George Wynant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dries De Raeijmaeker. After 41 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Theys. Méndez Marfa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raúl van Beek in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Neymar in the 43rd minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Neymar notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Fox Hunting Squad's Méndez Marfa. Méndez Marfa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nic Adams to make the kick off. With a little luck, Fox Hunting Squad's Méndez Marfa got control of the ball when Pedrinho Neymar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Méndez Marfa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Neymar in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dries De Raeijmaeker in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Wynant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the game, M.⑪.M.'s Pedrinho Neymar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Méndez Marfa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The Fox Hunting Squad supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching M.⑪.M.'s performance. The match ended with a win for M.⑪.M..
