Olavarria FC's attentive Thys Lenoir managed to snatch the ball when Angelo Paddle made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Zbigniew Brudzisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Gregory to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Gregory came free, but Michel Hendrickx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Isaias Matas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olavarria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Zbigniew Brudzisz was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Isaias Matas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isaias Matas really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Goolen in the 60th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Leslie Macaraat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Olavarria FC's zone, Niels Vandamme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Hendrickx came out of the goal and Niels Vandamme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olavarria FC made a substitution. Timy Wolfdoncx replaced Thys Lenoir. Catalino Rivarola struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Zbigniew Brudzisz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olavarria FC. 72 minutes in the game Nicolas Specht did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Billy Goolen. In the 73rd minute Pál Polyák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Hendrickx guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Pál Polyák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zbigniew Brudzisz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ervigio Ojeda went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. Roman Gregory scored 5-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michel Hendrickx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Billy Goolen notched a goal, 6-3, to the right of Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx. Michel Hendrickx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Gregory came free, but Michel Hendrickx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Specht kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Olavarria FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
