This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Edgor Kerkez as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mario Kaja succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Kaja got free with Edgor Kerkez in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Duje Mirić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krtjenovici HRK's supporters rose to their feet, but Duje Mirić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgor Kerkez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nihad Ivešić charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Edgor Kerkez was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Harun Brdanović capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Harun Brdanović really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Krtjenovici HRK's Mersad Atić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatan Žetagić in the 41st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anđelko Rimić to strike the kick off in the second half. With a left leg Edgor Kerkez saved Modrave from getting behind. Harun Brdanović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgor Kerkez having to make a save. In the 77th minute, Harun Brdanović made a precise shot to the right of Edgor Kerkez . Modrave's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Bahro Hrkac's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgor Kerkez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute Bahro Hrkac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgor Kerkez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mumin Radulović hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When Bahro Hrkac came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Krtjenovici HRK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bahro Hrkac couldn't finish the play. After having played for 97 minutes, Mario Kaja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Krtjenovici HRK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Kaja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Krtjenovici HRK were the better team. Krtjenovici HRK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
