Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eike Überschär started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Jan-Moritz Schwemm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th minute, USV Furth's Eike Überschär dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Kim Moser notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of USV Furth's Christian Doderer. Christian Doderer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, USV Furth's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Salmutter came free, but Christian Doderer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Daniel Hommel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Eugen Salmutter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Doderer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steffen Sudhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eike Überschär in the 29th minute of the match. Jan-Moritz Schwemm was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. USV Furth's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tom Burghard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Moritz Schwemm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Steffen Sudhoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steffen Sudhoff was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eike Überschär showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 50 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Kim Moser hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Eugen Salmutter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Christian Doderer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Eugen Salmutter fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jan-Moritz Schwemm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Steffen Sudhoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Doderer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Moser, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th match minute, USV Furth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Hommel to maneuver through the defense. Kim Moser's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Doderer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Jan-Moritz Schwemm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Steffen Sudhoff was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eike Überschär's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steffen Sudhoff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
