Spectators: 6762 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florian Friz started the match with the kick off. Robin Küppers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Meinl having to interfere. In the 5th match minute, Brennitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobi Bartek to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, FC Armagedon's Christoph Mazur tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Florian Friz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Steffen Engelsmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes FC Armagedon got a freekick which was hit by Christian Herrmann. Brennitz's Ansgar Dierking got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Timm Koch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Meinl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timm Koch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timm Koch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marko Meinl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ansgar Dierking managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brennitz's supporters rose to their feet, but Ansgar Dierking was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steffen Engelsmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ansgar Dierking fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Engelsmann having to interfere. When Peter Stark fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Armagedon's protests and gave Peter Stark a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes FC Armagedon got a freekick which was hit by Peter Stark. In the 43rd minute, Oscar Dappers sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Armagedon's Steffen Engelsmann didn't even have to move. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Timm Koch made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Timm Koch managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Armagedon's supporters rose to their feet, but Timm Koch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Meinl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danny Stolle kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Florian Friz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Engelsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Florian Friz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steffen Engelsmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 65th match minute, Brennitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danny Stolle to maneuver through the defense. Robin Küppers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Marko Meinl made a huge save. Steffen Engelsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ansgar Dierking in the 67th minute of the match. Florian Friz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Engelsmann having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Florian Friz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Steffen Engelsmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Armagedon's zone, Florian Friz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Engelsmann came out of the goal and Florian Friz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Robin Küppers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marko Meinl. That made the score 2-1 in the 92 minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Armagedon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brennitz.
