In the 18th minute, Nico Kettner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Roland Gärtner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 minutes of play, Urschulz FC's Malte Verpoort made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marc-Joel Geiblinger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marc-Joel Geiblinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malte Verpoort, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Niederlehen's Robin Schlagbauer in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marc-Joel Geiblinger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute, Manuel Gurok got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Robin Schlagbauer made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Niederlehen got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Mühlfort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malte Verpoort in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marc-Joel Geiblinger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Kühle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Gurok, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urschulz FC's Simon Kühle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Schlagbauer in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute Robin Schlagbauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Kühle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Niederlehen booed when Urschulz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Gärtner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torben Wallner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Simon Kühle. Urschulz FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Malte Verpoort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thorben Heyer might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marc-Joel Geiblinger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thorben Heyer ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Urschulz FC booed when Niederlehen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position.
