Spectators: 6792 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Dombrowsky started the match with the kick off. Helge Christe took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulf Konig. Ulf Konig dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Klaus-Dieter Dams who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Christoph-Felix Kalt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 15 played minutes Ruhstetten FC got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Mützel. André Thalberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Matthias Fehr took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulf Konig. Ruhstetten FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Neutal's Helge Christe got a free kick in the 19th minute. Pascal Lantzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoph-Felix Kalt having to interfere. Klaus-Dieter Dams could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Christoph-Felix Kalt made a huge save. Pascal Lantzen's late challenge caught a Neutal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascal Lantzen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ruhstetten FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Pascal Lantzen hit a great ball. If Helge Christe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulf Konig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Christe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helge Christe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Ulf Konig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Helge Christe to make the kick off. Ulf Konig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Christe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulf Konig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Christe in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaus-Dieter Dams in the 60th minute of play forced Neutal's goalkeeper Christoph-Felix Kalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Ruhstetten FC's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Christe came free, but Ulf Konig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulf Konig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Christe in the 66th minute of play. Ulf Konig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helge Christe's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Christopher Hirschvogel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulf Konig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Christe, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Ulf Konig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Christe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-2 became the score in the 74th minute when Helge Christe elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 79th minute of the match, Christopher Hirschvogel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ulf Konig was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ruhstetten FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Helge Christe scored to the left of an out of position Ulf Konig, making the score, 0-3. In the 91st minute, Pascal Lantzen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Helge Christe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neutal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Helge Christe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Neutal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
