Spectators: 7779 (Terracing: 5835, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tom Pircher made the kick off which started today's match. If Tom Pircher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Manuel Pfaff came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Fortunato FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Pfaff couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Tom Pircher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gernot Bieber was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Naruto san's Martin Pfeiffer got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Fuchs got free with Gernot Bieber in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the game, Ulrich Gerat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fortunato FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Naruto san the free kick. In the 20th minute, Ulrich Gerat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gernot Bieber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Pircher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Daniel Yost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Scharf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Axel Hasselberg fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naruto san's protests and gave Axel Hasselberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Naruto san's Axel Hasselberg got a free kick in the 28th minute. Roland Scheufens took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Phillip Scharf. Naruto san's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gernot Bieber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Pircher, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Manuel Pfaff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Phillip Scharf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Naruto san defense, Manuel Pfaff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Phillip Scharf. The Naruto san fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Phillip Scharf should have stopped the shot. After having played for 39 minutes, Daniel Yost managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortunato FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Yost was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Naruto san's goalkeeper Phillip Scharf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Naruto san players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fortunato FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Manuel Pfaff made the kick off in the second half. Phillip Scharf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Pfaff in the 55th minute of play. Daniel Yost received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Phillip Scharf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Naruto san getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Axel Hasselberg hit a great ball. During the 69th minute of the match Ulrich Gerat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ulrich Gerat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jonas Fuchs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonas Fuchs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gernot Bieber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. If Daniel Yost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Daniel Yost got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fortunato FC's Jens-Uwe Nussbaum got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Naruto san's Jonas Fuchs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gernot Bieber made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
