Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jost Wayer made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wielandsthal FC! Andreas Arendt went to the wrong direction when Jannick Spreitzer was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 8th match minute, Wielandsthal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Wörns to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Volkmar Hartmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andreas Arendt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Hertz, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Wielandsthal FC's Volkmar Hartmann ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thomas Schwab. Thomas Schwab yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Norbert Peterknecht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wielandsthal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Arzberg's Jan-Philipp Ernemann got a free kick in the 25th minute. Arzberg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Volkmar Hartmann scored to the left of an out of position Thomas Schwab, making the score, 3-0. Thomas Schwab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volkmar Hartmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Arzberg's Thomas Schwab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Arzberg from getting a goal against them. After having played for 37 minutes, Norbert Peterknecht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wielandsthal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Peterknecht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 45th minute, but Thomas Schwab got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Arzberg hanging dry this time. Norbert Peterknecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Schwab having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Volkmar Hartmann was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Wielandsthal FC's Volkmar Hartmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Schwab made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Norbert Peterknecht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Schwab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Volkmar Hartmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Volkmar Hartmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Schwab having to interfere. Holger Schellander hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Volkmar Hartmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Volkmar Hartmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Thomas Schwab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Norbert Peterknecht came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Wielandsthal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Peterknecht couldn't finish the play. Arzberg's Thomas Schwab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommi Daumann in the 77th minute of play. Norbert Peterknecht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Schwab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volkmar Hartmann in the 81st minute of the match. Wielandsthal FC's Norbert Peterknecht got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thomas Schwab came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Wielandsthal FC's Volkmar Hartmann. But to his dismay, Volkmar Hartmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 95 minutes into the game, Volkmar Hartmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Thomas Schwab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wielandsthal FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
