Falkenburg FC's Björn Stromann was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Falkenburg FC's Wolfram Kaltwasser sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Stotz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Björn Stromann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florian Stotz came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Falkenburg FC's Björn Stromann. But to his dismay, Björn Stromann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 28th minute, Björn Stromann made a precise shot to the right of Florian Stotz. Elsarn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Boris Latocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Boris Latocha sped through Elsarn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Florian Stotz. Florian Stotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Stromann, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of Falkenburg FC booed when Elsarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Lapczinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rüdiger Scheffler shot from long distance after 39 played minutes, a shot that Florian Stotz with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Falkenburg FC's Roland Michael got a free kick in the 41st minute. Boris Latocha scored 5-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florian Stotz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Björn Stromann made a kick off. Robin Bensch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Björn Stromann in the 67th minute of play forced Elsarn's goalkeeper Florian Stotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Elsarn's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Stromann came free, but Florian Stotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Björn Stromann might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florian Stotz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Björn Stromann ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Boris Latocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florian Stotz was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Florian Stotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Latocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 98 minutes of play, Falkenburg FC's Boris Latocha made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Stotz was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Falkenburg FC were the better team. Falkenburg FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
