Spectators: 7701 (Terracing: 5818, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 100) FC Vienna's Steve Haas started the match with a crisp pass. After 10 minutes, Lasse Reinhard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Vienna and the FC Notinators players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, FC Vienna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lasse Reinhard to maneuver through the defense. Steffen Oelke was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Rainer Bielstein capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rainer Bielstein really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Fabian Niederberger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steffen Oelke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of FC Notinators booed when FC Vienna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heinz-Dieter Schräder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steffen Oelke acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pascal Schreier. Peter Odenwälder hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Rainer Bielstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Peter Bunzel kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lasse Reinhard in the 39th minute of play forced FC Notinators's goalkeeper Roy Wölfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 49 minutes into the match, FC Vienna's goal looked a bit too open when Rainer Bielstein came free, but Steffen Oelke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Rainer Bielstein made the kick off in the second half. Tobias Benscheider kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Steffen Oelke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Notinators. In the 68th minute, Rainer Bielstein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Dennis Walczok notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Notinators's Roy Wölfer. Roy Wölfer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 77 minutes, Heinz-Dieter Schräder mouthed his way into the referee's book.
