Luis Wankum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kellergasse's Sascha Brill in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TSV Neumarkt's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute, Sebastian Schlepphorst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kellergasse's Luis Wankum got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ben Aufhauser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Lechtenberg having to interfere. Ben Aufhauser scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Philipp Lechtenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sascha Brill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. René Wenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TSV Neumarkt's René Wenn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sascha Brill in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of TSV Neumarkt booed when Kellergasse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nino Gaertner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philipp Lechtenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Aufhauser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Ben Aufhauser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philipp Lechtenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sascha Brill in the 31st minute of play forced TSV Neumarkt's goalkeeper René Wenn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Kellergasse's Luis Wankum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that René Wenn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35thth minute of the game Luis Wankum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TSV Neumarkt's René Wenn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sascha Brill struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. René Wenn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kellergasse. In the 45th minute of the match, Ben Aufhauser tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Philipp Lechtenberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sascha Brill to make the kick off. Ben Aufhauser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Lechtenberg having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Luis Wankum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. René Wenn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. TSV Neumarkt's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sascha Brill 69 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Luis Wankum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. René Wenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luis Wankum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Sebastian Schlepphorst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Luis Wankum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kellergasse's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Wankum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. René Wenn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute, Luis Wankum made a precise shot to the right of René Wenn. TSV Neumarkt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Thomas Ewers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kellergasse's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
