Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Weiss in the 4th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Maxcan's David Godescheit seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed David Godescheit the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Maxcan protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and David Godescheit had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maxcan! After 14 minutes of play, Oberschnadt FC's Fabian Lau made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Raphael Krause had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raphael Krause fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Lebengut having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Maxcan got a freekick which was hit by Jürgen Heringer. If Dennis Labauve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Maxcan's goal looked a bit too open when Reinhold Wolfsbach came free, but Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Andre Eck came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Maxcan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andre Eck couldn't finish the play. Fatih Ballik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Lebengut having to interfere. Tim Rausch hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After the first half Oberschnadt FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan-Erik Lenhardt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maxcan's Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Lenhardt in the 53rd minute of play. Raphael Krause received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dominik Lebengut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Fatih Ballik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maxcan's supporters rose to their feet, but Fatih Ballik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominik Lebengut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tim Rausch fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oberschnadt FC's protests and gave Tim Rausch a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oberschnadt FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Tim Rausch hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Dennis Labauve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxcan's Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinhold Wolfsbach in the 63rd minute of play. Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Lenhardt in the 68th minute of the match. Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabian Lau in the 70th minute. Dennis Labauve hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Oberschnadt FC's Jan-Erik Lenhardt got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th match minute, Maxcan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Heupel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Lenhardt in the 81st minute of play forced Maxcan's goalkeeper Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Lau got free with Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Raphael Krause made a precise shot to the right of Dominik Lebengut. Oberschnadt FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Lau in the 93rd minute of play forced Maxcan's goalkeeper Norman-Alexander Hastenteufel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Oberschnadt FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Maxcan from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
