The referee showed Roman Schollenberger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Black Panthers FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Schollenberger. Rafael Ivanschitz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Harald Wenning came out and tried to block the shot, but Rafael Ivanschitz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Torsten Vieths short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Harald Wenning to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 14 minutes into the game, Torsten Vieth lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Harald Wenning. In the 17th minute Klaus-Dieter Aigner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin-Maximilian Pickartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mats-Alexander Scherlitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harald Wenning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Vieth in the 29th minute of play. Harald Wenning was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Torsten Vieth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torsten Vieth really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. The audience was convinced that Torsten Vieth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harald Wenning was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When Rafael Ivanschitz came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Fight Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Ivanschitz couldn't finish the play. Black Panthers FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Marc-André Grabowski scored to the left of an out of position Harald Wenning, making the score, 5-0. 45 minutes into the match, Black Panthers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Vieth came free, but Harald Wenning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Harald Wenning managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Fight Club's Torsten Vieth fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torsten Vieth was the one to do the kick off. Marc-André Grabowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harald Wenning having to make a save. After having played for 54 minutes, Sven-Philipp Schaaf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fight Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Philipp Schaaf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Ivanschitz's late challenge caught a Black Panthers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some careless play in the Black Panthers FC defense, Sven-Philipp Schaaf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harald Wenning. The Black Panthers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harald Wenning should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torsten Vieth in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harald Wenning saved Black Panthers FC from getting behind.
