Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tino Hesse made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Tino Hesse managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Frogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tino Hesse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ralf Groeters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Günter Walloch was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Weixelberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Ibertsberger to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Tino Hesse notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Weixelberg's Ralf Groeters. Ralf Groeters was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 16 minutes, Lukas Ibertsberger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Weixelberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukas Ibertsberger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tim Witt during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of The Frogs booed when Weixelberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Witt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Lukas Ibertsberger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weixelberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Henning Vogt charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henning Vogt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henning Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Ralf Groeters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Gill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukas Ibertsberger was the one to do the kick off. Lukas Ibertsberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lutz Wollbeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Weixelberg's Tim Witt got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th match minute, The Frogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wolfgang-Bernd Reumann to maneuver through the defense. If Lukas Ibertsberger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute of the match, Tino Hesse tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ralf Groeters saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 68th minute Tim Witt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lutz Wollbeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tino Hesse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralf Groeters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tino Hesse in the 71st minute of the match. Felix Gill's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Ralf Groeters skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lukas Ibertsberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Lutz Wollbeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Lukas Ibertsberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lutz Wollbeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Groeters stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tino Hesse's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Weixelberg's goalkeeper Ralf Groeters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Gill. Weixelberg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
