Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joachim Braitenbach in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nico Zommer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Joachim Braitenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lembach FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fabian Gabriel hit a great ball. If Jonas-Andreas Zupancic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonas-Andreas Zupancic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Nico Zommer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas-Andreas Zupancic struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Nico Zommer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RBC TRS Lentia. The crowd rose to their feet as RBC TRS Lentia's Jonas-Andreas Zupancic slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nico Zommer. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. Joachim Braitenbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nico Zommer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RBC TRS Lentia's Joachim Braitenbach got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Joachim Braitenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Joachim Braitenbach came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the RBC TRS Lentia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Braitenbach couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joachim Braitenbach to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Heinz Knabel in the 53rd minute of play forced RBC TRS Lentia's goalkeeper Steffen Geldreich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Braitenbach in the 57th minute of play forced Lembach FC's goalkeeper Nico Zommer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Joachim Braitenbach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nico Zommer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Nico Zommer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Braitenbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Lembach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas-Andreas Zupancic came free, but Nico Zommer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas-Andreas Zupancic in the 70th minute of play forced Lembach FC's goalkeeper Nico Zommer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Braitenbach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joachim Braitenbach struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Nico Zommer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RBC TRS Lentia. Jonas-Andreas Zupancic might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nico Zommer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas-Andreas Zupancic ran back to his position shaking his head. Steffen Geldreich made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Andre-Yann Faigle sent off a good shot on target. Lembach FC's Nico Zommer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Braitenbach in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Lembach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas-Andreas Zupancic came free, but Nico Zommer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lembach FC's Nico Zommer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Braitenbach in the 82nd minute of play. There was no doubt that RBC TRS Lentia were the better team. RBC TRS Lentia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
