An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Tschorn in the 3rd minute of play forced Rotweillers's goalkeeper Stephan-Andreas Sellmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Rotweillers's Stephan-Andreas Sellmann got control of the ball when Uwe Gennburg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Norman Esche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascal Angenendt having to interfere. Stefan Jesse took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pascal Angenendt. Gebersdorf's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Uwe Gennburg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Stephan-Andreas Sellmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Johannes Dober kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Rotweillers's Stephan-Andreas Sellmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Rotweillers from getting a goal against them. Uwe Gennburg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Stephan-Andreas Sellmann made a huge save. Stephan-Andreas Sellmann was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Michael Tschorn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. Rotweillers's Stephan-Andreas Sellmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Rotweillers from getting a goal against them. Norman Esche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Pascal Angenendt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stephan-Andreas Sellmann made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Uwe Gennburg sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Michael Tschorn recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stephan-Andreas Sellmann. Michael Tschorn showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After 38 played minutes Gebersdorf got a freekick which was hit by Ralf-Joachim Parkoz. Uwe Gennburg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Stephan-Andreas Sellmann made a huge save. Pascal Angenendt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Dober, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Dober made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Rotweillers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicholas Hundgeburth to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Dober got free with Pascal Angenendt in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Rotweillers's Johannes Dober slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pascal Angenendt. That made the score 3-1 after 59 minutes of play. Uwe Gennburg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Stephan-Andreas Sellmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Michael Tschorn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stephan-Andreas Sellmann. Rotweillers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Tschorn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 71 minutes into the match, Rotweillers's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Tschorn came free, but Stephan-Andreas Sellmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Tschorn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Gebersdorf fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Gebersdorf's Uwe Gennburg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Uwe Gennburg scored 7-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stephan-Andreas Sellmann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Michael Tschorn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stephan-Andreas Sellmann. Rotweillers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Tschorn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Rotweillers's Stephan-Andreas Sellmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Tschorn in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sascha Kleebauer during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sascha Kleebauer hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Tschorn in the 97th minute of play forced Rotweillers's goalkeeper Stephan-Andreas Sellmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gebersdorf fully deserved thier win.
