After taking down the ball on FC Hurricane's corner Niko Zillen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Niclas Kuhl quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Frederik Wankum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rappersdorf FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederik Wankum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rappersdorf FSV's Niclas Kuhl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rappersdorf FSV from getting a goal against them. Niclas Kuhl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tim Theinert in the 32nd minute. Karsten Fontes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes, Rappersdorf FSV's Gregorio Montez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thom Nelson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rappersdorf FSV reached it. Kilian Herzog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gregorio Montez in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thom Nelson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th match minute, Rappersdorf FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano De Paolis to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Jan-Oliver Rudersdorfer made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Rappersdorf FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dustin Jetzek to maneuver through the defense. Gregorio Montez ran back to his position shaking his head. If Frederik Wankum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, Rappersdorf FSV's Frederik Wankum nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thom Nelson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 76th minute, Jan-Oliver Rudersdorfer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Hurricane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 80th minute Tim Theinert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Kuhl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thom Nelson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Werner Nitsche in the 84th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Achim Trapp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niclas Kuhl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Niclas Kuhl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Oliver Rudersdorfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Velten charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
