After 10 minutes of play, Rappersdorf FSV's Gregorio Montez made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Kühle was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Rouven Bauer sped through Gars's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arne Kühle. After 17 minutes of play, Rappersdorf FSV's Frederik Wankum made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Kühle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kilian Herzog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Arne Kühle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rappersdorf FSV's Gregorio Montez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Kilian Herzog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arne Kühle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Rappersdorf FSV's Frederik Wankum dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. 35 minutes into the match, Kilian Herzog had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Kühle. Gars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kilian Herzog was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Frederik Wankum blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arne Kühle having to make a save. With a little luck, Gars's Arne Kühle got control of the ball when Dustin Jetzek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arne Kühle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Werner Nitsche in the 42nd minute of play. Arne Kühle made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Kilian Herzog sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute Gregorio Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kühle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dustin Jetzek kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gregorio Montez to make the kick off. Robert Eumann hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gars's Arne Kühle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dustin Jetzek in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Gars's Rainer Payer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niclas Kuhl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Frederik Wankum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Werner Nitsche in the 62nd minute of play forced Gars's goalkeeper Arne Kühle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Gars got a freekick which was hit by Robert Eumann. Robert Eumann kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Arne Kühle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dustin Jetzek in the 73rd minute of play. Arne Kühle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Gregorio Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Kühle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dustin Jetzek in the 80th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Gars defense, Gregorio Montez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Kühle. The Gars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Kühle should have stopped the shot. Arne Kühle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kilian Herzog in the 87th minute of play. Arne Kühle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano De Paolis in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Dustin Jetzek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Kühle. Gars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dustin Jetzek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. Rappersdorf FSV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
