The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee ignored Turnitz FC's protests and gave Niclas Kastener a yellow card for diving instead. 4 minutes into the game, one of Turnitz FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dustin Divis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Felix Böringer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15thth minute of the game Nereo Aurre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turnitz FC's Dustin Divis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dustin Divis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Aurre's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute Nereo Aurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dustin Divis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dustin Divis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 47 minutes, Jan-Felix Böringer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dididong's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Felix Böringer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Patrick Donkels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Dustin Divis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 55 minutes Turnitz FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guido Wehlmann who took care of the corner kick. Dididong's Hans-Hermann Linke got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Donkels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Jan-Felix Böringer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dustin Divis, 0-5. After having played for 75 minutes, Vincent Traintinger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dididong's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vincent Traintinger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dididong's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Donkels was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dustin Divis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Turnitz FC's goalkeeper Dustin Divis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dididong's Jan-Felix Böringer got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Thorsten Buhr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dididong's Guido Wehlmann got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Turnitz FC's goalkeeper Dustin Divis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Donkels. Jan-Felix Böringer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
