When Rick Schram fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pulgarn's protests and gave Rick Schram a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Rick Schram hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13thth minute of the game Sören Woltering who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pulgarn's Alejandro Quirze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anibal Sobera scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julius-Lasse Lange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Till-Julius Strobl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius-Lasse Lange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julius-Lasse Lange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Sobera in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Till-Julius Strobl notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of KSV Falken's Julius-Lasse Lange. Julius-Lasse Lange was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anibal Sobera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Julius-Lasse Lange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Sobera in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julius-Lasse Lange prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The KSV Falken players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pulgarn were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Anibal Sobera made the kick off in the second half. If Till-Julius Strobl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, KSV Falken's goalkeeper Julius-Lasse Lange had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Till-Julius Strobl. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klaus Borak in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Quirze saved Pulgarn from getting behind. After a rather tough play, KSV Falken's Marc-André Nachtsheim got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Sobera in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
