Langfeld's Pascal Tannhof proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Langfeld from getting a goal against them. Pascal Tannhof didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sören Woltering went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Marcel Meidel charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcel Meidel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to KSV Falken getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Marcel Meidel hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Sonnemans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julius-Lasse Lange was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Pascal Tannhof was a little too slow when Sören Woltering got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Klaus Borak took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Pascal Tannhof to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Sören Woltering made the kick off in the second half. Leonard Nicolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Julius-Lasse Lange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Langfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Woltering came free, but Pascal Tannhof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind KSV Falken's goalkeeper Julius-Lasse Lange, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 67 played minutes KSV Falken got a freekick which was hit by Sören Woltering. The long shot by Albert Schwärzler in the 68th minute really tested Julius-Lasse Lange's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Benjamin Sonnemans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaus Borak in the 73rd minute of play forced Langfeld's goalkeeper Pascal Tannhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Langfeld getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Mario Grabner hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Yannick Rist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julius-Lasse Lange made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Leonard Nicolin sent off a good shot on target. Pascal Tannhof showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas-Marius Winkels in the 87th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Sonnemans in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julius-Lasse Lange saved KSV Falken from getting behind. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Benjamin Sonnemans sped through KSV Falken's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julius-Lasse Lange.
