Spectators: 6944 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 0) Till Bünder started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Björn Eymann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Ludwig in the 4th minute of play. Robin Ludwig might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Björn Eymann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robin Ludwig ran back to his position shaking his head. Björn Eymann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf-Willy Kreter, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ralf-Willy Kreter in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Björn Eymann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Power Vienna fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Power Vienna's Robin Ludwig looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mehltheuer FC's Björn Eymann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Ludwig in the 16th minute of play. If Karl-Heinz Busch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Ralf-Willy Kreter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Eymann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Ralf-Willy Kreter notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mehltheuer FC's Björn Eymann. Björn Eymann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, Holger Wörner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Björn Eymann. Mehltheuer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Holger Wörner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 35th minute of the match Power Vienna got a corner. Mehltheuer FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Till Bünder ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Power Vienna's Till Bünder to fire away a dangerous shot which Björn Eymann despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Power Vienna's Robin Ludwig in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mehltheuer FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 41 played minutes Mehltheuer FC got a freekick which was hit by Jannick Pfister. In the 46th minute, Ralf-Willy Kreter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Heinz Busch during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mehltheuer FC's Karl-Heinz Busch got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Kurt Peters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Björn Eymann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Wörner in the 55th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kurt Peters during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Power Vienna getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Kurt Peters hit a great ball. Gernot Hülsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jannick Pfister in the 61st minute of the match. Holger Wörner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehltheuer FC's Björn Eymann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Mehltheuer FC from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 76 in the game by Robin Ludwig from a close distance when the talented Björn Eymann managed to make a qualified save. Mehltheuer FC's players were relieved. During the 77th minute of the match Karl-Heinz Busch completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Karl-Heinz Busch a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 78th minute, Karl-Heinz Busch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robin Ludwig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Till Bünder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralf-Willy Kreter took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Björn Eymann. Björn Eymann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 87th minute Till Bünder suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Julius Haas's late challenge caught a Power Vienna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julius Haas helped the player get up and apologised. Power Vienna made a substitution. Hannes Hatterscheid replaced Till Bünder. After 88 played minutes Mehltheuer FC got a freekick which was hit by Julius Haas. Björn Eymann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Ludwig in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Power Vienna's Holger Wörner dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5.
