Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Achim Lörsch kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, AS Grubthal's Marko Mayrhofer got control of the ball when Dustin de Raaf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dustin de Raaf took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marko Mayrhofer. Marko Mayrhofer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Achim Lörsch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hartmut Meier having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Wattens got a freekick which was hit by Nikolas Stotz. Nikolas Stotz's late challenge caught a AS Grubthal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikolas Stotz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Nikolas Stotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Dustin de Raaf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marko Mayrhofer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dustin de Raaf in the 36th minute. In the 39th match minute, Wattens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolas Stotz to maneuver through the defense. When Thorsten Machura fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wattens's protests and gave Thorsten Machura a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Wattens got a freekick which was hit by Thorsten Machura. 45 minutes into the match, Wattens's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Meyers came free, but Hartmut Meier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Meyers struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Hartmut Meier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Grubthal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dustin de Raaf made a kick off. Peter Kitzbichler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Marko Mayrhofer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan-Benjamin Geiblinger charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan-Benjamin Geiblinger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, AS Grubthal's Stefan-Benjamin Geiblinger got a free kick in the 54th minute. Thorsten Machura kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Ivan Metzler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Dustin de Raaf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Mayrhofer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, AS Grubthal's goal looked a bit too open when Thorsten Machura came free, but Marko Mayrhofer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bastian Espe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Hartmut Meier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hartmut Meier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achim Lörsch in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th match minute, AS Grubthal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achim Lörsch to maneuver through the defense. Hartmut Meier had great luck who in the 77thth minute grab hold of the ball when Achim Lörsch from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Hartmut Meier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bastian Espe in the 79th minute. Peter Kitzbichler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in AS Grubthal's zone, Dustin de Raaf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Mayrhofer came out of the goal and Dustin de Raaf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peter Kitzbichler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marko Mayrhofer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dustin de Raaf in the 84th minute of play. If Bastian Espe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Achim Lörsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hartmut Meier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Meyers in the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Kitzbichler in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marko Mayrhofer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nico Meyers during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Wattens booed when AS Grubthal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Meyers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute Dustin de Raaf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Mayrhofer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wattens were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AS Grubthal for a fine match.
