Jörg Horsky started the match with the kick off. Ralf-Willy Holtmann struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Jan Heeling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edlbach FC. In the 3rd minute, Jörg Horsky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ralf-Willy Holtmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th of the match, Ralf-Willy Holtmann tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jan Heeling got in the way and made a wonderful save. Jan Heeling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timo Riedel in the 11th minute. In the 24th match minute, Raschala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörg Horsky to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Raschala FC's Meikel Wiegmann got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes, Meikel Wiegmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Raschala FC and the Edlbach FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Meikel Wiegmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Meikel Wiegmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Till-Julius Lufen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Meikel Wiegmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Till-Julius Lufen having to interfere. Meikel Wiegmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meikel Wiegmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Till-Julius Lufen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Meikel Wiegmann ran back to his position shaking his head. Timo Riedel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Jan Heeling made a huge save. Raschala FC's Meikel Wiegmann got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Meikel Wiegmann off the ground. Meikel Wiegmann kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Raschala FC's Jan Heeling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf-Willy Holtmann in the 49th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Edlbach FC's Dominik Schug got a free kick in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Edlbach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hauke Schäben came free, but Till-Julius Lufen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Dominik Schug put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jan Heeling. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ralf-Willy Holtmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Edlbach FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ralf-Willy Holtmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Heeling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ralf-Willy Holtmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Dominik Schug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Raschala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf-Willy Holtmann came free, but Jan Heeling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes, Ralf-Willy Holtmann made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Raschala FC's Jan Heeling tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Heeling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Schug in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Raschala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf-Willy Holtmann came free, but Jan Heeling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raschala FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
