Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Ayrault in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Kaumanns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute of the match Rechberg FC got a corner. Neukettenhof's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raphael Ulrich ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Raphael Ulrich got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tom Kaumanns quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Raphael Ulrich succeeded in the game's 9th minute to get real power on a long shot . Neukettenhof's Tom Kaumanns hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! The throw-in from Pascal Geenen in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Neukettenhof's Lucas Sauer. 15 minutes into the game, Rechberg FC's Bebeto Romário nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tom Kaumanns made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 17th minute, Bebeto Romário left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rechberg FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 20th minute Oscar Ayrault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Kaumanns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Oscar Ayrault cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Tom Kaumanns was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Bebeto Romário sped through Neukettenhof's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tom Kaumanns. 31 minutes into the game, Olli Ivanschitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Neukettenhof's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rechberg FC the free kick. Olli Ivanschitz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Tom Kaumanns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Ayrault in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Neukettenhof defense, Oscar Ayrault kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tom Kaumanns. The Neukettenhof fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tom Kaumanns should have stopped the shot. Tom Kaumanns stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebeto Romário's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Neukettenhof's zone, Bebeto Romário stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tom Kaumanns came out of the goal and Bebeto Romário tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tom Kaumanns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Romário in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Karl-Michael Fredriksson notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Neukettenhof's Tom Kaumanns. Tom Kaumanns was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Neukettenhof players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rechberg FC were winning 0-8.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mats-Alexander Sittarz was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Neukettenhof defense, Oscar Ayrault kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tom Kaumanns. The Neukettenhof fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tom Kaumanns should have stopped the shot. Bebeto Romário hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Neukettenhof's Tom Kaumanns proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Neukettenhof from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute Oscar Ayrault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Kaumanns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Neukettenhof's Tom Kaumanns got control of the ball when Bebeto Romário tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Rechberg FC's Bebeto Romário nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tom Kaumanns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rechberg FC. Oscar Ayrault fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Kaumanns having to interfere. Tom Kaumanns took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Ayrault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neukettenhof's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Raphael Ulrich scored to the left of an out of position Tom Kaumanns, making the score, 0-14. When the final whistle sounded Rechberg FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Neukettenhof.
