Tom Kaumanns made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Gerhard Schrape sent off a good shot on target. Peter Nieth kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Maik Zachariassen made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yannick Kochmann. Neukettenhof's attentive Maik Zachariassen managed to snatch the ball when Steffen Frosch made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. Neukettenhof's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 48 minutes into the match, Peter Werners dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tom Kaumanns, 6-0.

The wind increased when Mats-Alexander Sittarz made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Neukettenhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Stadler to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerhard Schrape in the 64th minute of play forced Neukettenhof's goalkeeper Tom Kaumanns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Gerhard Schrape shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Kaumanns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poli TM 1921 fully deserved thier win.
