Torsten Weidemann helped the player get up and apologised. Steffen Frosch hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. FcBludenz's Abidin Acarbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Werners in the 12th minute of play. When Gencho Evstatiev came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FcBludenz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gencho Evstatiev couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the game, Georg Lainer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomas Volk. Georg Lainer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. With a little luck, Poli TM 1921's Thomas Volk got control of the ball when Gencho Evstatiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Torsten Weidemann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poli TM 1921's supporters rose to their feet, but Torsten Weidemann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abidin Acarbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Poli TM 1921's Sebastian Lachenmaier got a free kick in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Poli TM 1921's goalkeeper Thomas Volk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gencho Evstatiev. 29 minutes into the match, Gencho Evstatiev dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomas Volk, 3-0. In the 44th minute, Gerhard Schrape ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abidin Acarbey was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 48th minute Gerhard Schrape shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abidin Acarbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerhard Schrape stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abidin Acarbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Weidemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rainer Pätzold kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Bernd Luft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Abidin Acarbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhard Schrape in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Peter Werners dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abidin Acarbey, 5-2. 79 minutes into the match, Poli TM 1921's goal looked a bit too open when Gencho Evstatiev came free, but Thomas Volk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FcBludenz's Abidin Acarbey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FcBludenz from getting a goal against them.
