The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raphael Ulrich hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Sascha Groß acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leon Barten. With a little luck, Rechberg FC's Sascha Groß got control of the ball when Xamo Moreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute Xamo Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sascha Groß saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Rapid Wien were awarded a corner. Leon Barten went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 12thth minute of the game Xamo Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rechberg FC's Sascha Groß was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sascha Groß made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xamo Moreira in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xamo Moreira in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sascha Groß saved Rechberg FC from getting behind. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rechberg FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leon Barten was slow to take the kick. During this time Rapid Wien's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Leon Barten almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rechberg FC's Sascha Groß did a great save. Alberigo Prato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Ayrault in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Andreas Kompa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberigo Prato. Rapid Wien's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andreas Kompa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 31st minute, Arne Hewerer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Rechberg FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Raphael Ulrich hit a great ball. Xamo Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Sascha Groß made a huge save. After 42 played minutes Xamo Moreira could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 3-1 into the left cross. After 45 played minutes Rapid Wien got a freekick which was hit by Darweesh Sabry. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Ayrault was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, 陶默银 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xamo Moreira struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Sascha Groß didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapid Wien. Sascha Groß made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xamo Moreira in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match Rapid Wien got a corner. Rechberg FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leon Barten ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xamo Moreira in the 60th minute of play forced Rechberg FC's goalkeeper Sascha Groß to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberigo Prato made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Andreas Kompa sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xamo Moreira in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sascha Groß prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68thth minute of the game Xamo Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rechberg FC's Sascha Groß was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cyryl Walkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sascha Groß having to interfere. Maxi Benkel made a great header on Rechberg FC's corner, it was just that Rapid Wien's Alberigo Prato managed to reach the ball for a save. Alberigo Prato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Ayrault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Kompa got free with Alberigo Prato in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Rapid Wien fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Rapid Wien's Leon Barten looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Oscar Ayraults short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Alberigo Prato to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 86 minutes into the match, Rechberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xamo Moreira came free, but Sascha Groß reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyryl Walkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sascha Groß having to interfere. Xamo Moreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sascha Groß having to make a save. 90 minutes into the game, Rafik Mekhloufi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rapid Wien's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rechberg FC the free kick. In the 90th minute, Rafik Mekhloufi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Rapid Wien's Nico Püllen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nico Püllen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rapid Wien protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nico Püllen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Rapid Wien:s Alberigo Prato showed great skill when he stopped Maxi Benkel:s penalty. Cyryl Walkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sascha Groß tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rapid Wien's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
