Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 65) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mikolaj Lichucki took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Linsberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Benedikt Zöller came free, but Torsten Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Mürztal! In the 13thth minute of the game Carlo Bergmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Werner Meer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Torsten Ström. Linsberg FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Torsten Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Bergmann in the 16th minute of the match. Torsten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Bergmann in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Linsberg FC's zone, Konstantin Schmitzberger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Ström came out of the goal and Konstantin Schmitzberger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Benedikt Zöller in the 21st minute of play forced Linsberg FC's goalkeeper Torsten Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torsten Ström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Benedikt Zöller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torsten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Bergmann in the 27th minute of play. Torsten Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Benedikt Zöller in the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, AC Mürztal's Jan-Benedikt Zöller made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torsten Ström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlo Bergmann in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torsten Ström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35 played minutes AC Mürztal got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Benedikt Zöller. Jan-Benedikt Zöller took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torsten Ström. Torsten Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The Linsberg FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AC Mürztal were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlo Bergmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konstantin Schmitzberger took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torsten Ström. Torsten Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlo Bergmann got free with Torsten Ström in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the game, Carlo Bergmann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Torsten Ström. Carlo Bergmann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. 60 minutes into the match, Linsberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Bergmann came free, but Torsten Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Benedikt Zöller in the 66th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Linsberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Rod Stewart. If Andy Benda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Mürztal's Patrick Pahl was substituted for Nico Jahnke. 78 minutes into the game, Carlo Bergmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Torsten Ström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AC Mürztal's Ivan Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Lack in the 83rd minute of play. Ivan Becker came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Linsberg FC's Mikolaj Lichucki. But to his dismay, Mikolaj Lichucki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. After 91 minutes, Rod Stewart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Linsberg FC and the AC Mürztal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 92 played minutes Linsberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Torben Lambacher. Torsten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Schmitzberger in the 93rd minute of play. AC Mürztal played a much better game than Linsberg FC and deserved their victory. The Linsberg FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
