Karl Jemella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half FC Unterrudling were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anfilogino Alfonsi to strike the kick off in the second half. When Felix Hanschirik came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the FV Wienerwald fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Hanschirik couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Girotti.
