Bubq's Gjelosh Tahiri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elis Mehmetaj in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Petrit Tabaku was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bubq's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kukësi the free kick. Petrit Tabaku kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Aldi Meta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fatos Alibali skillfully saved the ball. Bubq's Rian Mançellari got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Meleq Galla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elis Mehmetaj charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elis Mehmetaj the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gjelosh Tahiri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elis Mehmetaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gjon Skënderis short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Gjelosh Tahiri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Bubq getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Petrit Tabaku hit a great ball. Fatos Alibali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rian Mançellari in the 38th minute of play. Meleq Galla struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Fatos Alibali didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bubq. A collision led to Kukësi getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Marko Papa hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rian Mançellari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Baki Lumaj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rian Mançellari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Fatos Alibali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rian Mançellari scored 0-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fatos Alibali, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rian Mançellari had several of the Kukësi 's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Fatos Alibali as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, Kukësi 's Klesti Hoxha got a free kick in the 87th minute. When Kanan Zylali fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bubq's protests and gave Kanan Zylali a yellow card for diving instead. Bubq's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
