Jakub Xhumbas short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Artjon Bekollari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 21stth minute of the game Nuçi Majko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tomin's Skënder Sinani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Nuçi Majko sped through Tomin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Skënder Sinani. Skënder Sinani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuçi Majko in the 28th minute of play. If Jakub Xhumba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakub Xhumba struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Artjon Bekollari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomin. After a defensive mix-up in Përmet's zone, Jakub Xhumba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artjon Bekollari came out of the goal and Jakub Xhumba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stiven Lumani hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, Tomin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Begatim Pogradecari to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nuredin Grabocka in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Skënder Sinani prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Riza Kaliaj was the one to do the kick off. When Hetlem Tupa fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Përmet's protests and gave Hetlem Tupa a yellow card for diving instead. Nuçi Majko was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Tomin's Begatim Pogradecari got a free kick in the 84th minute. Besi Çelaj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Përmet getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Vezir Halili hit a great ball. Nuçi Majko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Skënder Sinani having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Nuçi Majko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Skënder Sinani, 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Përmet walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
