University of Toronto's Boiken Dallku proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save University of Toronto from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in University of Toronto's zone, Nuçi Majko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boiken Dallku came out of the goal and Nuçi Majko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Nuçi Majko took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Boiken Dallku to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuredin Grabocka got free with Boiken Dallku in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nuredin Grabocka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuçi Majko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuçi Majko struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Boiken Dallku didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Përmet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuredin Grabocka got free with Boiken Dallku in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Eneo Plepi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30thth minute of the game Vasil Malko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Përmet's Artjon Bekollari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Vasil Malko came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the University of Toronto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vasil Malko couldn't finish the play. After 35 minutes, Vezir Halili mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Përmet and the University of Toronto players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vezir Halili kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Demirel Cane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. University of Toronto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demirel Cane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eneo Plepi might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artjon Bekollari. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eneo Plepi ran back to his position shaking his head. Boiken Dallku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuçi Majko in the 42nd minute of the match. Vasil Malko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermal Fakaj kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eneo Plepi to strike the kick off in the second half. When Eneo Plepi came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the University of Toronto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eneo Plepi couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eneo Plepi in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artjon Bekollari saved Përmet from getting behind. After 58 minutes, Nuçi Majko made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. University of Toronto's Boiken Dallku tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nuçi Majko scored 3-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boiken Dallku, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nuredin Grabocka struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Boiken Dallku didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Përmet. Boiken Dallku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuredin Grabocka in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute, University of Toronto's Eneo Plepi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. When Stiven Lumani fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Përmet's protests and gave Stiven Lumani a yellow card for diving instead. Stiven Lumani kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Përmet's zone, Pali Memelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artjon Bekollari came out of the goal and Pali Memelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eneo Plepi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Artjon Bekollari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th match minute, Përmet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermal Fakaj to maneuver through the defense.
