Ylber Rrustemi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Ibrahim Tole when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Eneo Nufi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaup Guxholli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jorxhi Gallo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When FK Starova's Jaup Guxholli, in the 19th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FK Starova. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aziz Mati during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaup Guxholli in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorxhi Gallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd match minute, Gjaza KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murat Xhumba to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Redon Ajeti managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Starova's supporters rose to their feet, but Redon Ajeti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorxhi Gallo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorxhi Gallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaup Guxholli, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Jaup Guxholli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorxhi Gallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

A collision led to Gjaza KS getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Drian Panajoti hit a great ball. FK Starova's Redon Ajeti shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jorxhi Gallo but with some difficulty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaup Guxholli during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Bulent Laçka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ibrahim Tole was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. FK Starova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Misto Surollari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Misto Surollari notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gjaza KS's Jorxhi Gallo. Jorxhi Gallo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FK Starova's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
