The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Isallari got free with Rional Baba in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 14 minutes, Tom Isallari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gjirokastër KS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Isallari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tom Isallari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rional Baba made a huge save. Tom Isallari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Meti Kurti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Rional Baba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fatmir Spahiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aquilino Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kejni Ruvina came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Mitrovica's Aquilino Aznaro. But to his dismay, Aquilino Aznaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Aquilino Aznaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th minute, Aquilino Aznaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kejni Ruvina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Aznaro in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Mitrovica's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tom Isallari fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Tom Isallari came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Gjirokastër KS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Isallari couldn't finish the play.

秦强超 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kejni Ruvina having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Tiago Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mitrovica's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kejni Ruvina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Meti Kurti sped through Mitrovica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rional Baba. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meti Kurti in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rional Baba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Roch Czerner fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mitrovica's protests and gave Roch Czerner a yellow card for diving instead. Mitrovica:s Rional Baba showed great skill when he stopped Gajur Tahiri:s penalty. 75 minutes into the match, Gajur Tahiri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rional Baba. Mitrovica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gajur Tahiri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Rional Baba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Isallari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Isallari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rional Baba having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Mitrovica got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Vale. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Isallari in the 91st minute of play forced Mitrovica's goalkeeper Rional Baba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aquilino Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 秦强超 struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Kejni Ruvina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mitrovica. After a rather tough play, Gjirokastër KS's Gramoz Ktona got a free kick in the 98th minute. Many of Mitrovica's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mitrovica may have spent more time on the ball, but Gjirokastër KS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
