After a rather tough play, Strum's Flamur Lakrori got a free kick in the 13th minute. Strum's Sander Allamani got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When David Milo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Strum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Milo couldn't finish the play. When Artmir Sukaj fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strum's protests and gave Artmir Sukaj a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Strum getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Artmir Sukaj hit a great ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Bektash Xaka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Papër's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bektash Xaka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Artan Gozhdari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artan Gozhdari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gurali Bushi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If David Milo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the match, Papër's goal looked a bit too open when Sander Allamani came free, but Shkëlzen Lika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artan Gozhdari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Milo took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shkëlzen Lika. Shkëlzen Lika dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 68 minutes into the match, Strum's goal looked a bit too open when Artan Gozhdari came free, but Gurali Bushi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bektash Xaka's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gurali Bushi firmly grabbed it by the left post. Shkëlzen Lika came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Strum's David Milo. But to his dismay, David Milo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Visar Sejko hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Bektash Xaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gurali Bushi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bektash Xaka in the 80th minute. Bektash Xaka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Gurali Bushi made a huge save. Njazi Dedej kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Sander Allamani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shkëlzen Lika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Papër players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Strum.
