The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florian Bakalli during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, HERMES's Florian Bakalli got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Artan Gozhdari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lindi Haxhiaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Papër's Artan Gozhdari got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Artan Gozhdari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papër's supporters rose to their feet, but Artan Gozhdari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lindi Haxhiaj breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bektash Xaka got free with Lindi Haxhiaj in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Artan Gozhdari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papër's supporters rose to their feet, but Artan Gozhdari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lindi Haxhiaj breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Papër getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Murat Krasa hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 58thth minute of the game Artan Gozhdari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HERMES's Lindi Haxhiaj was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lindi Haxhiaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artan Gozhdari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. HERMES's Lindi Haxhiaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artan Gozhdari in the 63rd minute of play. Bektash Xaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, HERMES's goal looked a bit too open when Bektash Xaka came free, but Lindi Haxhiaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belul Hamzaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Shkëlzen Lika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lindi Haxhiaj came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Papër's Artan Gozhdari. But to his dismay, Artan Gozhdari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 80th minute, Bektash Xaka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lindi Haxhiaj was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Lindi Haxhiaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artan Gozhdari, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Bektash Xaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lindi Haxhiaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artan Gozhdari's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Bektash Xaka made a precise shot to the right of Lindi Haxhiaj. HERMES's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artan Gozhdari in the 96th minute of play forced HERMES's goalkeeper Lindi Haxhiaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Papër had won after a very even match.
