An unexpectedly hard shot by Kelsi Buna in the 4th minute of play forced Lissus Lezhe FC's goalkeeper Nderim Qeraxhiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kuçova SK reached it. Mandi Çeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nderim Qeraxhiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isa Lakrori during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Mirel Tafaj fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eliot Malko charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliot Malko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lissus Lezhe FC booed when Kuçova SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliot Malko didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zymbyl Bulku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bashkim Shulku stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mirel Tafaj's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Kuçova SK's Muharem Zhegu got a free kick in the 37th minute. A long shot from Fitim Bejko in the 38th minute of play was well struck, but Bashkim Shulku made a really good save at the right post. If Mirel Tafaj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zymbyl Bulku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bashkim Shulku having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mirel Tafaj's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bashkim Shulku was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mirel Tafaj to make the kick off. Ladi Pogradecari took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bashkim Shulku. Bashkim Shulku dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Nderim Qeraxhiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kelsi Buna in the 77th minute. When Mirel Tafaj came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Lissus Lezhe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mirel Tafaj couldn't finish the play. Lissus Lezhe FC fully deserved thier win.
